Privacy Policy — Ensembly

Last updated: July 31st 2026

1. Introduction

Ensembly (“we”, “us”) is provided by Same Time Tomorrow AS, a company registered in Norway (org. no. 920245609), Heierenga 33, 2730 Lunner, Norway. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Ensembly app for iOS and Android and related services.

2. Information we process

You provide: name, email, password (used only to sign in — we do not store your password in the app after login), and workspace/production content you access through the app (calendar, script, tasks, etc.).

Generated in the app: session tokens, workspace preferences, optional biometric sign-in preference, interface language and display settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the app to show third-party advertising.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate you and keep you signed in
  • Show productions, calendar, script, and other workspace data you’re permitted to see
  • Operate and improve the service
  • Support and security (e.g. invalidating sessions on logout)

4. Where data is stored and sent

  • Our servers (ensembly.no, e2.egerstudio.cc): account and workspace data when you use the app.
  • On your device: your sign-in token is stored in secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore-backed encryption). Optional biometric sign-in unlocks that token on the device; your biometric data is not sent to our servers.
  • Network: all traffic between the app and our servers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

We may use real-time connections (WebSocket) to our infrastructure for live updates when that feature is enabled. No separate third-party chat or analytics provider receives your data through the app today.

5. Third-party software (technical components)

The app includes open-source components (e.g. Android Jetpack libraries) and embedded fonts (JetBrains Mono, Iowan Old Style). These run on your device and do not independently collect or sell your data. Open-source license notices are available in the app under Settings → About.

6. Biometric sign-in (Face ID / fingerprint)

If you enable biometric sign-in, the app stores your access token in device-protected storage and uses Face ID or fingerprint only on your device to unlock it. We do not receive or store your biometric data.

7. Your choices

  • Sign out to remove the session token from the app and revoke the server token where supported.
  • Disable biometric sign-in in app settings at any time.
  • Access, correction, or deletion of your account data: contact us at egerstudio.utvikling@gmail.com.
  • Account deletion: Request deletion via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing egerstudio.utvikling@gmail.com. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 7 working days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children

Ensembly is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
